In conjunction with Driver Appreciation Week September 14-20, 2014, USA Truck will again donate $1 in the name of each of our drivers ($2,500 total) to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.
With nearly one in four members of its driving force currently serving in the military or classified as military veterans, USA Truck is deeply invested in supporting the men and women of the U.S. armed forces. That support reaches far beyond the company’s distinctive bar and star logo. Throughout its more than 30-year history, the Van Buren, Ark.-based transportation and logistics provider has built a rich tradition of honoring our nation’s heroes in a variety of ways.
“We are proud to be associated with the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund,” said Burton Weis, Vice President of Human Resources for USA Truck. “With a significant percentage of our driver team members having an affiliation with our nation’s military, USA Truck feels a strong connection with our men and women in uniform. We appreciate their service and we are honored to continue our support.”
