With the new year in full swing, now is the perfect opportunity to start planning your giving for the new year. Contributing to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is one great way to provide support to the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Each donation made to IFHF helps fund the development of Intrepid Spirit centers at military bases around the country. Our centers are equipped to treat symptoms of Traumatic Brain Injury and Post-Traumatic Stress. These Invisible Wounds of War are just as important to treat as the physical wounds. They too can impact a service member’s everyday life, from their interactions with family and friends to their ability to work.
So far, more than 90% of patients that have been treated at Intrepid Spirit centers returned to family or work with many of their symptoms reduced and controlled. Our goal is to complete 10 of these Intrepid Spirit centers and see them fully operational. We’re more than halfway there, but we need your help to finish the race.
