Happy Independence Day from our team at Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund to you!
The 4th of July is a wonderful day filled with celebrations with friends, family, and, of course, good food. However, we ask you to take a moment to recognize the heroes that help us remain the land of the free and the home of the brave. Thank you to every service member who has put their life on the line for this great country and all of its citizens. Without you, your courage, and your bravery, we wouldn’t be celebrating our freedom here today.
Of course, we also must remember that not every hero returns home from war without it having a significant impact on their lives. Our goal is to help these service members recover from the invisible wounds from war which are often forgotten. Traumatic brain injury and psychological health conditions are impossible to see with the naked eye, resulting in many service members going untreated for an extended period of time. We aim to bring awareness to the symptoms of these conditions so that service members and their loved ones can recognize what is happening. Furthermore, these symptoms are not to be ignored and should never be stigmatized. The faster treatment can start, the quicker these men and women can get back to living their lives.
With state of the art equipment and treatment options at the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE), service members can go through the program with whichever treatment options work best for them. Every journey through treatment is catered to the individual service member, and even their family, for a customized plan. They put their lives on the line for us in battle. We care for them at home.
Today, consider donating to Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund to help us help our service members. 100% of every donation we receive goes directly to the treatment centers. Thank you for your continued support. We wouldn’t be here, helping our service members, without you!
