From Wine to Wireless, You Can All Support Our Troops

It’s amazing how tight-knit the military community is. From families, to friends, to nonprofit organizations, our community spreads throughout all sectors of life. Today, several companies and retailers are part of the military community through their consumer-related products and services. Here are just a few:

Defense Mobile
Defense Mobile is a service specifically for veterans, military personnel and military families. Defense Mobile partners with three major mobile carriers to provide “the best networks at the best price with superior coverage.” Defense Mobile donates to veteran families in need and is veteran-staffed.

Be Adaptive
Various companies offer direct help. Be Adaptive Equipment helps physically handicapped individuals get back to doing their favorite activities. Be Adaptive specializes in designing and manufacturing sports and recreational equipment. They stand by their saying: “If you can dream it, we can build it.”

Sword & Plough
Sword & Plough is a veteran-owned retailer that sells American-made products. The sustainable brand “recycles military surplus, incorporates that fabric into stylish bag designs and donates 10% of profits back to veteran organizations.”

CK Mondavi
CK Mondavi supports its community through its 100-percent-American winery and is made in the USA CertifiedⓇ. This company partners with several distributors to generate additional donations to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

American Crew
Companies sometimes choose to show their support and gratitude by incorporating a military component into its brand. American Crew came up with its own line of products to support our soldiers: “American Crew Military Edition is a collection of some of our most popular products so you can pick up your favorite product and give back in style.”

Each one with a specific goal and purpose, many companies and retailers support the military across the consumer market. The support can be direct, like Be Adaptive; the support can be behind the scenes, like CK Mondavi’s generous donations to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. The consumer world is making it easier for anyone to be a part of this loving military community. Support our soldiers and purchase these products when you can!
